✶ SHIPPING POLICY ✶

✦ MEZZOLUME usually would ship worldwide but At the moment, because of Pandemic drama, some countries are still closed to shipping. Sorry!!

✦ My dear U.K. people 🇬🇧: Brexit is ruining business for us all so sadly I cannot ship to you! Hopefully one day things will be fixed, finger crossed!

✦ Mezzolume would normally ship worldwide but, at the moment, orders to many countries are unavailable because of countries closed borders due to Pandemic reasons. Sorry about that!

✦ Orders around launch date are usually shipped within 2 weeks from ordering. I can be extra busy (I work and pack everything by myself!) so please be patient! 
On normal times I ship within 1 week from your order though✌🏻

✦ Standard shipping is the cheapest option but doesn’t offer a tracking code. Registered shipping can be tracked instead, your choice!

✦ Delivery It usually takes around 1-2 weeks (Europe) to 2 weeks-1 month (worldwide). During pandemic or around holiday time can easily take double/triple than that though! If you picked tracked shipping just keep an eye on your order by checking the tracking number. If you ordered with standard shipping instead there is no way for me or you to check where your parcel is at, so just cross fingers and wait!

✦ Please keep in mind that once a parcel is shipped with standard shipping I have no control over postal services and cannot check where it ended up. I am not responsible for undelivered parcels. If the parcel comes back to me I will be able to refund your order minus the shipping price o send the parcel back (that will require paying for shipping again!).

✦ Sometimes, depending on the country you order from, some parcels may require a customs fee to be paid by the receiver. It's annoying but it's quite common, it depends on the agreements between countries!
